What is your order processing time?

If your item is in stock I post it in 24 h (except of weekends). When you see This piece is handcrafted and made to order, please allow 5-7 business days before shipment for product to be made it normally says how long it is going to take. However, if you have a particular day you need jewelry to be delivered please contact me.

Where do you ship to?

I ship everywhere, but due to COVID-19 I am not able to ship to India, Russia and couple of other countries at the moment. 

How much does shipping cost?

AUSTRALIA, USA, CANADA, NZ - $10.00 USD 

ASIA - $10.00 USD 

EU and rest of the world - $30.00 USD 

I only use traceable reliable express EMS (FedEx or DHL depends on location).

How long does it take?  

AUS 4-7 business days mark

United States  5-7 business days mark

New Zealand 4-7 business days mark

Asia 5-0 business days mark

Europe 5-10 business days mark

Rest of the world 5-10 business days mark

 

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped I'll send you your tracking number :)

Taxes and duties.

Some countries may charge taxes or import duties, in this case it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the charges so the goods can be released from customs.

What about returns?

Please keep in mind that all my jewelry is handmade, so it can slightly vary from the website picture or one from another. I use real silver and gold plating, but no matter what metals are eventually tarnish, it is natural process. Please have a look at Care page to learn how to look after your jewelry.

Molina Jewellery is pretty much one woman show so I always make sure I send off items in immaculate condition, however if you believe your item is faulty please send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order. New item will be shipped as soon as I receive the damaged one.

If you ordered wrong size we can try and organize  a repair but as we navigate life during this pandemic of COVID-19 it might take long time for items to come back to me. Please choose carefully and message me on here or Instagram if you can't work out your size or have any other questions xx
